What we collect

When you complete our income projection form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the postcode or area of your property, the property type, the number of bedrooms and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your current monthly rent or the tenancy status of the property.

We may also collect technical information about your visit, such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you view.

Why we collect it

We use your details to prepare and send your income projection, to answer your enquiry, to discuss managing your property, and to keep records of the enquiries we have handled. We also use technical information to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interests in responding to a request you have made about our services. Where we go on to provide management services, we rely on the performance of a contract. Where we are required to keep records, we rely on our legal obligations.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@anvilpropertygroup.co.uk.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Where you become a client, records are kept for the duration of the agreement and for six years afterwards to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business — for example website hosting, database and email providers, and the booking platforms and operational partners involved in managing a property. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where we are required to by law.

Advertising and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to measure how it performs. This site may carry the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, because we advertise on Facebook and Instagram.

Where the Meta Pixel is present it may set cookies and send Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you submit the enquiry form. That information may be used to measure our advertising, to show you our ads and to build similar audiences. Where required, this happens only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by changing your browser cookie settings or by using the ad preference controls in your Facebook or Instagram account.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of this site work.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@anvilpropertygroup.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and any material changes will be reflected here.
